Running Is Not There to Punish You

Food is there to nourish us but also for us to enjoy and running is not there to punish us. I think we should be able to eat what we like do what we want with our bodies and still run and enjoy that. You totally deserve to go for a run if you really feel like I've got itchy legs and I need to go out and go for it. It might be helpful to have some something fueling but the purpose of that is the running.
