13 hours of meditating with that as the first injection. It's tough because the 13 hours don't change the first injection, they actually end up reinforcing it. So you know, meditation, all these things are beautiful, but you have to see that something else is trying to use the same activities for its own advantage. This is more important to see it than to hope that it changes.
