We believed that the plan log in that area, for myriad reasons, was not only unethical, but also illegal. And so it was going to court,. and we were awaiting a hearing that happened on december third, o friday. The judge does not rule from the bench in these sorts of hearings. And so we did not expect a decision on that day.
