Decaudage Response to Stimulus

I think I'm not very clear on still is like what counts as, he asked this question directly, what does decaudage respond to stimulus? And I'm sort of wondering though, if you sort of start adjudicating this, doesn't everything just respond to it stimulus, or maybe is there things that maybe don't. So when we talk about systems, they kind of, like we're talking about a symbolic kind of thing that doesn't really exist in itself,. Or the way it exists in itself is something incompressibly alien to us.
