If you have to import all your capital goods from abroad, if you have to pay for patents and other things, you essentially end up in a dependent relationship. And because of this dependent relationship, money keeps on flowing to tho who not just own capital. So yes, of course, there are dominant groups in the centre, in north america and in western europe who are profiting from underdeveloped countries. But it even goes to labor. For them, even the workers in the lobal north, would be part of some kind of a reinteer class. This feudal like rinteror dynamic was already built into the capitalist, global capitalist system, and it was a normal thing
