How Do You Manage Imputs for Video Calls?

i think this is something and bosses want to hear that. I mean, they want to know when they'r a good manager's job is freeing up their employees to produce. You just address it to them nicely, but you still do it. In a forty hour work week, i spent 12 hours in meeting. So almost 30 % of my time went to things that weren't actually getting work done. Can you help me figure out? Riht, ye, it's odd.
