"It's our job to not just talk about feelings, but if zal is hungry and he's tired, i'm going to say something kind of brutal," she says. "If that's the way that he feels and he's unsatisfied with where he is in life, this is where we have to decide as a group." She adds: "I do a good job bit like identifying the things i know i need to work on, and then i don't make a plan util i actually do anything about it".
