The Proposal to Train Doctors for Primary Health Centers in West Bengal

The number of doctors per capita per 10,000 population in West Bengal is clearly below the World Health Organization recommended numbers. So yes there indeed makes a sense in some way to drive a catter of doctors that is capable if not of handling critical situation in emergency situations but rather providing for the first level primary care to the rural countryside. But as I said it's for when it comes to the primary health centers the proposal it is a bit askew.
