The Ascension Process - What I've Learned Through It
I've been channelling a lot about this in the monarch being book series. And so as we know, whenever i'm about to channel a book, my entire life rearranges to put me through the ringer. The third book is all about the physical body and healing the physical body in ascension. I don't think i really understood how important that was until i kind of got into this this last year and this process. Because it can be really uncomfortable to go through this physical ascension processke as your physical body is shifting and changing.
