The Red Sea Instead of Battersea
I like that it's not just destroying more buildings and erecting new ones. It doesn't strike me as a creative or artistic place in that sense. I haven't really seen a scheme that does something like this before. Looks quite exciting. You say it feels like a nice nod. It just depends who gets to be part of that. But yeah, the little square for the artists, for the creatives, the circuit, the market, again,great, great, great idea.
