What Is Metaphor in Apocalyptic Vision?
There's a lot going on in Joel. There will be some bits that you won't understand or that you'll wonder about. And remember, this is apocalyptic vision. The symbolism in apocalyptic vision is much different from metaphor. This revelation and this vision usually requires an angelic interpreter or companion revelation to unlock the meaning.
