What Can Be Done?

We are baking in adverse conditions throughout the life course, but my assumption is it's never too late to intervene that ideally we get a good early childhood experience. But children who've had an adverse childhood experience, we still can improve things through the school system, through the teenage years. What can be done? Coventry is what's known as a mum city named after you in that regard, isn't it? So kind of like what what action can actually be done in places like Coventry where when it was named a mum city, there was a 10 year gap between men in the richest areas and the poorest areas.
