What if You Don't Ask for Advice?

The Convertit retreat is a group of people who met at the World Domination Summit in Portland, Oregon. The idea was to create an environment where they gave advice that they didn't ask for on any subject is fair game. They would set a timer and then everyone would start talking about Nathan as if he were not there. It's really helpful to say James should do this or I wish James understood this thing rather than you know like doing first or second person. You end up hearing the best compliments you've ever heard because it's stuff that all your friends are saying about you behind your back but never actually hear it.
