I don't see a problem randomizing somebody on a trial like this. I think most people would be fine with it. Because they still if you get chemo, we can still give them TDXD later on so you can get the best of both worlds. Those patients are actually very happy to go to do this. If we can broaden access to community oncologists and make trials a really a reality, that's going to lead to a sea change in terms of the pace of breakthroughs.
