Start with habits that you want. Don't pick the shoulds, pick habits that you're notice how in the behavior model, motivation, ability, front, pick behaviors you're already motivated to do. Next, make it really easy to do that's the ability component of my model. And there's different ways to make it easy to do. You can shorten the length of the exercise or whatever the activity is. You can leave out the gear that you need to do it. You can I live at least half the year in Maui, which makes surfing easier to do. So what's your prompt to surf?
