The Importance of Listening to Your Landlord

On Wednesday night, all the tenants in my building received a message that, like construction work, would be ongoing for the next few days to repair wiring and plumbing. I told my landlord in a message back that an investigator into my case is requested for me to deny access to any person wearing a hard hat in my apartment. The man who got into my apartment was named Jake, and that he's unable to speak, but fluent in ASL. He works for the Nevada Department of Transportation.Jake went missing in mid-December. There were videos of him acting strangely at gas stations where he'd used his credit card after they stopped using his card. They're not sure what happened with Jake
