Ask yourself, how are you feeling about this criticism? Okay, what emotions is it bringing up? Are you feeling upset, resentful, frustrated, angry? It doesn't really matter, but just try and be honest with yourself. Then maybe write it down, name it. I'm feeling insecure about this particular thing. That's why this has bothered me. Once you've sort of understood what's going on, once you've named it, then it's like, well, you know, it really depends on the situation,. What you're going to do. But I think you you end upreally with this whole piece of compassion for the other person and compassion for yourself.
