In Bitcoin, they're trying to target roughly one block every 10 minutes because if you have two block producers produce a block at the same time, they're both chained to the same parent. But here there's a forced delay that we don't have to guess that somebody's the only one person's going to produce a block every 10 minute. We know that you have to spin on your single core longer than me and therefore your block is going to come after mine. So yeah, I'm not sure I'm understanding the exact game theory of it."
