BMW - What's the Challenge in Localization?
BMW has had very stable planning processes with very stable commitments to our suppliers. We have a great deal of flexibility in our production systems, so we're able to pivot fairly quickly. If we need to, that's been another bonus for us to be able to shift and change depending on the supply situation. With those two things together, we've been able to steer our way through fairly well. But I would say it's got a little bit better than it was and we'll probably see this now continue to the middle of next year.
