Inhale for a count of four, envisioning cool blue entering your body and helping you relax. If you've got kids in the house, this can be a fun activity to do with them. In order to blow a single big bubble, you have to exhale a lot of breath, very slowly. Youre doing look back. How well did i cope with my feelings to day? How good was my concentration? And is there something different i will do to morrow to improve the moment? Environmentally, what are three positive things in my environment right now?
