Justification of the State

On the right to property, i think it's worth saying that your right to property isn't absolute. It's not a right to all property at all times that you might take an interest in. There are limits to property, as there always have been. Liberty is literally impossible without equalities - something libertarians have never understood but one of the basic principles of enlightenment. On constitutionalism: When it comes to justifying the state, it's very simple, really easy. You need an arbitrer. And this is anarbiter that you need for lots of different things,. But even on the most basic level, your idea of property rights, somebody has to decide who is entitled to what
