Frank: Can we expect business to be responsive in the same way as states to efforts to reign in free riding, for example? Particularly given perhaps that their motive is is fundamentally profit drawing. I was really struck, going back a little bit by saying that there's resistance to include private authority in main stream academic curriculum and i was ring if you could comment on whether that's due to the fact that we are very intrenched in understanding things through a regime theory lens. Frank: A investigating private authority kind of pulls back the veil slightly on how little democracy actually influences the way that we live. And anything that is not about war is simply not as important as it used to be.
