i deadlift every week, generally speaking. It is a time efficient way to train everything on the back side of your body. I don't agree with people who say that it has no place in a hypertrophy routine. The hardest shit i do, period, is the beginning of my macro cycles. And so i'm doing four sets of ten on the dead lift and ina pretty heavy me.
