Who Should Be Using SQL and Interfacing With Data Frames?

I think that all of this kind of revolves around the idea of productivity. And so if your team is a sequel team, then you should be using SQL right? You don't have to know all of these things but understanding how it works I think is really important. If your entire team is on pandas and you're like the lone sequel person, it might be time to start learning pandas too.
