The Importance of a Composite Outcome

The best trials are the ones where the answer is so obvious that you almost don't need the data analysis. The one thing I was going to comment on a little bit because it might draw some attention is the adaptive sample size re-estimation. We might actually give it a bit furthering to adaptive trials a little bit later this afternoon, but sometimes when I speak to my clinical colleagues there a little bit skeptical of any sort of change to the trial.
