Onlinke: My favorite strategy is what i call event first community building. We can quickly understand who each other is, as long as we're all given a little piece of air time. Onlinke: I do like a group call, which is sort of like group coaching call with our community members. And then those connections that you make in on line event, like small one, can't be like a lecture, right? It's got to be something interactive.
