In the post exercise setting, even if you're insulin resistant in the post workout setting, you've at least temporarily cured your insulin resistance. Eating too much and being sedentary is bad for your metabolism. Chronic stress over time breaks the body. And it's actually contributing deeply to people feeding their fear with food. We don't want to move our bodies because what happens when people get more and more insulin resistant, they develop illness behavior.
