The Impact of Sub Leases on Contractor Market Rent
Lonnie: We haven't actually seen the impact, the full impact of these sub lease rents impacting overall contractor market rent. And so I still think if you're taking a bearish look at the office market. At some point, if you got in place contractor ends at 60 bucks a square foot. Sub lease for instance, or $30 a sq ft. Maybe not renewing those tenants at 30, but you're definitely not going to be getting 60 either.
