Sophie Jane asked, how often can you ask your mortgage broker for a rate review for your home loan with SORTA? We're in that conversation now. I've generally said, look, every six months go back in. If valuations have changed, like, if you think your property's gone up in value or you've paid some down, that will increase servicing. So we're probably doing more so every three months now because the rates are changing all the time. Every few rate rises, we're going back to the bank to renegotiate for the existing banks.
