The Light of the Sun Is Sensible Light
St. Aquinas thinks that by virtue of being created as human beings, we have received an imprint in our nature of the divine light. We call this the light of natural reason. There were other medieval thinkers, philosophers and theologians who also spoke about this, but in a rather different way.
