Is Russia a Resilient Oil Industry?

Russia's oil industry may be more resilient over the short term than most people perceive. But long-term outlook is potentially pretty bleak because of sanctions and lack of access to technology. I think Russia will look for different partners in India, China or other non-noiseity economists. It still wants to become a major player in the global hydrogen market but it has not abandoned plans to export hydrogen.
