I started doing burrs before the term burr was invented. Just intuitively, it seemed like the right thing to do. So I bought that four family in Ashland, Massachusetts in 2008. A video started giving me 30 year fixed and 15 year fixed on non-owner occupied rental property. And here's the other thing. When I go to a bank today and I buy a place for 200 and it's worth 300, they want to loan you like 170.
