I've gotten back into meditating, and meditating twice a day to i'm meditating to fully understand my emotions. If you're interested in getting into meditation, i i use an ap call head space. All right. Now, that's a paid ap. This isn't an advert. I just find that head space is a really, really good, simple ap for basic mindfulness, meditation. That's what i use in one thing i'm struggling with too, is maintaining faith in people, in inhumanity, ok? One of the struggles of this pandemic is, look, we're all stressed. We're all under pressure. And some people simply aren't for whatever reason
