The Power of Being Vulnerable

I was a little nervous about doing the podcast, but I think just being honest and truthful about who you are is what really is going to connect with people most authentically. A lot of people don't share their struggles out of fear of being judged. But when we open up, we actually learn that so many people are going through the same thing. And there's a lot of comfort in knowing that you're not alone in those emotions. So it was interesting sharing some of my struggles, but we've gotten so much feedback for people like, thank you so much for sharing that.
