The Mad Men Set and the Filming Style
For the first three, maybe four seasons of madmen, we were still shooting on film. On Mad Men, it was more if we're filming, everything has to be in order. The look on Mad Men was very carefully and intentionally composed. It was much more fluid. We're watching the show now with our daughter. And she's 13 and she's never seen it. She knows just because it's in the zeitgeist that Pam and Jim end up together, it is driving her bananas.
