Warcraft - A New Approach to Multi-Channel Interaction

We took a lot of our inspiration in terms of the content drops and the frequency. Because we are an internet-based property, we're all web developers before we started diving into this. We would send our writers through improv classes as part of their training because of how often we would start a storyline having no idea where it was going to go. And intentionally, almost creating and starting an improv experience with our audience.
