Is It Possible That These Agreements Don't Exist?
A lawsuit has been filed against Twitter, alleging that the company doesn't have a pro forma agreement with two of its biggest shareholders. CNN's John Sutter says it is possible these agreements don't exist but they are plausible if true. The idea that morgan stanley has agreed to vote its shares in a particular way seems very credible given that he is agreeing to finance the deal,. So strikes me as a as reasonable argument. But this could all go nowhere, right? I want to explain, let's say it does go somewhere.
