Product Management - What Advice Would You Give to Product Managers?

i was never responsible, you know, i was always a the an informant, very eed. But having to decide, oh, i'm going to ship that feature to these millions of users and have this thing happen, potentially as a result like that. Was just a different scale of responsibility than i've ever had in any of my roles. Your gut really is the way tha you have to go forward. And taking those chances and making those bets, it's something that i was really comfortable advising other people on doing. There's a lot of times where the data and the kind of wants of the organization are not necessarily an alignment.
