The Ravens' Non-Exclusive Franchise Tag
I think the Ravens may have lowballed them because they were confident in putting the non-exclusive franchise tag on them. They've not dangled their quarterback out there. For a team to give him a contract that they can't even match. I wonder if in hindsight, the real thing is, he's not a free agent. Players who do not get to free agency do not have the maximum amount of power.
