Is There a Time Issue With UFO Sightings?

I spoke to someone on the phone recently that had quite a sighting I'm probably going to try to get him on the show in New Mexico. He had this weird very very unusual sighting that started out looking like an animal type of thing and then it shapeshifted and everything else. There seems to be with a lot of UFO sightings there's a time issue whether it's missing time time dilation or something like that so yeah I don't think it would hurt you to look into it a little more as far as hypnotherapy or something right?
