Stanley: As a kid, I would watch people walk up to my dad and they're like, Dr. Stanley, and then they start talking. He says as leaders, when we position ourselves as a guide, we've suddenly become the person everybody's looking for. In terms of leadership, he says, you mostly check that at the door.
