All Learning Is Equal
If you are not structuring your learning, then the learning itself is not necessarily – you're not kind of strategically choosing those things. We need to think about what that learning is getting us to. What is the vehicle? Where are we going? Now, a minor disclaimer here that I do believe that doing some exploratory learning, things that have very little, if perhaps nothing to do with your job,. Those are healthy activities because you can expand your mind. They're going to enrich your experience.
