I was also really used to writing you know nonfiction writing stories and quoting people and not making things up so that was new for me. Once I was in the story and it was in it for many years I couldn't see where I was going wrong, she said. Sometimes as authors especially if we're writing our like debut like our first book a lot of times we get into it and we think it's just going to flow right but then we hit that "messy middle" They call it the messy middle in the middle of a novel and then we're just like well we have to bring in help too because sometimes you can’t see the forest through the trees.
