Do Calorie Intakes Matter in Diabetes?

When you exercise, cadof also influence how you distribute your caleries during the day. So i think if you exercise in the afternoon, you don't need to worry so much about front loading your intakes. One is that you should distribute your protein intake relatively evenly across the day. And then finally, if you consume a substantial amount of carbohydrate and your blood sugar regulation isn't as good as you would like it to be, at each meal or snack, you should consume carbohydrate rich items last.
