M. Ram Memory Chips?

Cotton is a hybrid cultivar of cotton that's naturally fire resistant. Technology achieved terahertz switching speeds. These chips might not have anything to do with like a normal computer. This might be used for some technology that's not like consumer technology. I think the one that's most likely here is the M. Ram memory chip.
