There seems to be this tension here, which lives right at the top of the shop in that political-military relationship. When you've got allies on the same page who might want the same sort of fuzzy end state, but again, think about going at it in very different ways. And so allied relations are always very, very critical. I mean, Western operations are almost always the interesting acceptance of Falklands war of 1982. There's always a pecking order amongst allies. And there is always this sense. We talk about it and we recognize it, but it's very hard to bring people on to possess all those sorts of skills. But at least I suppose now we do recognize it
