How to Access and Manage Your Financial Accounts Online

Consumer expert Clark Howard suggests using a separate Chromebook to access your financial accounts online. Having one computer that only you use is really where I would settle on, not having a computer that other people are using. How safe is it to download and save them to your devices, such as Apple? Better yet, is that something that you even need to do?
