When i used to do some cross fit power lifting seminars, i would ask people, you know, what's the most amount of weight somebody lifted in the room? And some 304, hundred, 500, there still be some hands up. If it's a movement that, when i go heavy, i feel a shitlot of tension in the muscle, it's safe for the joints. Cause you like youno one arm preach or bicyc curl, you may not want to go super heavy. Because i like that part, right thereth safety factor. I think some sure times we're not always thinking of that part. Yes, that's all i think about. I'm just anxious
