Why SDNY Didn't Bring the Case Against Donald Trump
There is a lingering question about why SDNY didn't bring the case. And I wonder if some of that decision involves, you know, Michael Cohen has an inability to say that he pled guilty because he was guilty. He said it in a courtroom under oath, but he's all over television saying, I pled guilty because they were holding a gun to my head. Maybe it would have been evidence that would have changed SDNY's calculus too, but they're out of time.
