What Makes a Great Leader?
Great managers are constantly working on getting to be a better leader. They mark up the footage, they look at it, and then deliberately practise the things that they want to get better at. The best leaders know how to change the energy of their team - from being over-excited to depressed. This is one of our five culture items: continuous improvement. We just kind of live them, and then we ask the team like, hey, who are we? And then we just post that as our culture on our site.
